I began investing early in life with the assistance of my father and grandfather, who taught me, at the age of 12, how to manage my college savings account. From then on I have been passionate about the financial markets and have taken a vested interest in helping people understand what their financial goals are. I enjoy listening to people and leverage my experience to assist them in making the most informed financial decisions possible.

After college graduation I went to work as a hydrologist for an environment firm, but quickly realized that my passion and desire was to work for myself in the financial industry. With the encouragement of the environmental firm’s owner, who recognized my entrepreneurial spirit, I re-enrolled in school. Taking this advice, in 2003 I became an advisor and quickly grew a loyal client base that is very important to me.

Being Ranked one of the top Sacramento Five Star Wealth Managers in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 is a great source of pride and fills me with a huge sense of gratitude. Continuing to grow my professional accreditation, in 2006 I became an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) and maintain that designation. Jaime is in the top 8% of LPL Advisors and by being this rank, has been invited to exclusive meetings such as the “Barron’s Top Independent Advisor Summit” which she attended in March 2019.

Personal Information

February 2016 brought the unexpected loss of my husband, making me a widow. This life changing event has provided me with incredibly personal insight in being able to assist my clients with unexpected life events.

I live in Granite Bay with my amazing daughter who brings me endless joy as we work to piece our lives back together. During the summer, our free time is spent swimming and hiking and during the winter you will find us snowboarding as much as we can.

I have been involved in the financial industry for over 20 years, starting as an intern at the Pacific Stock Exchange. During my career I have made it a point to ensure that clients are treated with the same level of respect and service that I would expect from a financial firm, paying a great deal of attention to detail and providing a personal touch.

As a mother of 5 children, family life is important to my husband and I, and we work very hard to be involved with our children’s school and outside activities. Striving to find the perfect work life balance is a challenge for any busy family, a challenge that my husband and I work very hard to accomplish.

Work experience was in the automotive industry, so this new field presents a fresh challenge for me. I look forward to learning and growing in this role. I am currently working towards earning an A.A in Business and plan to complete it in 2026. I have three children who keep me busy with their school and sports activities. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and being together.

Previously, I grew in my experience working in software where I worked alongside my collegiate studies, as well as a recent graduate of Economics & Business. Now as part of the team here at Barretta, I look forward to serving and working with you. I am pursuing financial licensing along with my personal passion of being a lifelong learner wherever I can. I stay busy playing and coaching volleyball, along with enjoying sports and being immersed in the outdoors.
